The delicious South Indian masala dosa
Today my friend and I went to Delhi’s favorite market at Janpath. It started raining very heavily. We looked into the shops. It felt good that most of the storekeepers knew me.
Before COVID-19, I used to go to that shopping area to enjoy cold coffee at a favorite store and shop for a few things at home.
We bought some sundry items for fun today and the clouds came growling and it started pouring. The rain was heavy but the weather was cool and enjoyable. There was an indoor exhibition close by so we entered the airconditioned hall and waited in peace for a while looking at a few things.
We started feeling very hungry. It was too late to go home and eat. So we waited for the rain to subside a little. Neither of us had an umbrella. We just remembered we had to pick them up from home while leaving.
Anyhow we saw MacDonald on the other side of the road. Next to it, there were two South Indian restaurants. The Sarvana Bhawan and Sagar. There was a huge queue in front of both of them but Sagar was a little less crowded because they were more organized.
