I’ll date again when I’m ready.

This photo perfectly captures another typical (wild) Friday night and the current state of my love life.

I’ve been single since my separation in 2020, ferociously healing independently. And even though it can get a little lonely around here sometimes, I like it.

I’ve had ample time and space to breathe. And discover who I am when I’m not a wife or mother, what I’m looking for in my next potential suitor, and what I will and will not tolerate in a partner.

So, until that day comes when a different stimulating species is waiting at my back door, I welcome quiet Friday nights alone, sharing my cat’s high-protein kibble with the wildlife on my porch.
