What the Sign Doesn’t Say

Parking’s been prohibited here since 1956
The sign told me the prohibition on parking on this street was a long-standing policy. Telling me to “Watch out for the No Parking At Any Time” sign would not communicate that. Pictures usually tell stories more efficiently than words.
