Ready? Set … ROCK! Imagination gallops away.
I had a rocking horse very similar to this when I was little, also complete with saddle and stirrups. When I’d ride it, I’d pretend I was my mum*, racing in the Powder Puff Derby.
Although I would swear that my rocking horse was much, much bigger than this one. However, logic dictates if it had been as big as I thought it was, five-year-old Sandi would never have been able to climb onto it all by herself.
*My mum was among the first female jockeys in Western Australia. Back then, the ladies were only allowed to compete against each other.
