This month’s new videos take us to NYC, SF, DC, and Boston. From historic buildings, previously closed from public view, and reinvented institutions in New York City, to playful and luxurious modern takes on classic cuisines in San Francisco, we have stellar venues to add to your rotation. Looking for the perfect team-building location? Whether you need a casual experience in Boston or a timeless Italian seated meal in DC, look no further.

Hawksmoor (NYC)

Hawksmoor was inspired by a labor of love to find the best possible beef and perfect the seemingly simple art of cooking steak. The menu revolves around all-natural beef from family-run farms, many based in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and New England, simply seasoned with flaked sea salt and seared over live-fire charcoal. The restaurant is nestled in the historic United Charities Building, steps from Gramercy Park. Closed from public view for over a century, the sleek space boasts a 26-foot vaulted ceiling, a thirty-five-seat bar, and two private dining spaces.
