Take control of your event planning with our re-designed and more powerful Event Page. You can still receive great recommendations from our Concierge Team, only now you can add to your own list build the Event Page yourself!

Add new venues and spaces, archive discarded options, take advantage of different ways of displaying your options, and even transfer them between different events.

Best of all, submitting Event Requests has never been easier. We’ve listened to your feedback about the current way of recommending venues, and we’ve redesigned the page with new features to empower you in your event planning.

Read on to see what’s new!

1. Adding your own venues to the list

You can now add as many venues and spaces to your event page as you like. Just click the “Add More” button and start typing a venue’s name! You can also browse through venues if nothing comes to mind.

After choosing one of the venues, you’ll have a chance to see which spaces are clearly not available. The rest will be available to confirm with the venue.

Don’t worry if you don’t finish. As long as you select a space, it will be added to your list on your event page.

2. Submitting an Event Request is easier than ever!

Easily confirm availability and the food & beverage minimum for any of the spaces on your list by sending an event request. Redesigned for clarity and ease of use, event requests also allow you to select menus, drink packages, and add-ons.

Simply click on the Thumbs Up button that reads I’m Interested and you’ll immediately see the event request tool pop up.

If you’re not ready to submit it, everything you’ve chosen gets saved automatically! Or if you want to keep your options open, simply skip the selections and submit.

Hang tight while venues review your request!

3. Viewing detailed cost breakdowns for different venues

We understand how important it is to have a better idea of prices. That’s why we’ve made estimated cost breakdowns available in the places you need it most. As soon as you start filling out an event request, you’ll see the estimated total, and it will update in real time as you continue making selections.

This makes it easy for you to stay aware of the price and choose menu options and packages accordingly.

Please keep in mind that these prices are only estimates. The venue must confirm them once they receive your request.

4. Say hello to List View!

For those enamored of efficiency and spreadsheets, your event page now offers a “List” view that shows the important details in a table view.

Note: For those who want to customize the list, you can also download all your venues to an Excel Sheet.

5. Jump to your venue in no time

The current jump bar that previously lived on the top, has been improved to make jumping around your list much easier. The names and states of each venue on your list will appear “on hover”, making it easier to identify and jump to a particular venue.

The new ‘Archived’ section is also located in the bar (see the next feature).

6. Archive your discarded options and declutter your page

Streamline your venue choices even more with our new “Archive” feature. If a venue doesn’t seem like it’s the right fit, you can archive it and it’ll be kept in the Archive folder to free up some space.

Change your mind? You can always recover your archived options, anytime.

7. Transfer venues and proposals to other event pages

Have you ever looked at a venue’s proposal and thought “That would be great for my OTHER event next month”?

The new events page now lets you transfer venue options and proposals to other existing events!

8. Organize all of your events

There’s always the next Board Meeting, or the next Team Building. We’re here to help, but it’s easy for things to get messy.

The re-designed Events Dashboard lets you easily keep track of multiple events in multiple cities.

Once the event is over, it moves over to the “PAST” section so you and your team can check out how many bottles of champagne were popped at the previous Holiday Party!

9. Personalize your events

Easily distinguish between that quarterly Board Dinner and a Holiday Party. With personalized names for events, now you can.

10. Add Event Requests to your existing events

Remember how you can send Event Requests from your Event Page now? Well, you can also send them from a venue page you might have been browsing, just like before.

Simply hit “Request” and add it to the respective event it’s for. Once you make your selections (should you choose to do so), click “Submit” and the venue will be added to your list for the event!

Once that’s done, sit down and have a glass of wine. You deserve it!

Note that the Event Request you sent can be independent of the date that is listed in the event you’re adding it into. This means that a particular event could have event requests and proposals for another date.
