Twenty Three Grand is a collaboration between restaurateurs David Rabin and James Julius with Chef Ashley Rath leading the kitchen. ETARU — 111 South Surf Road (Miami)

From Rainer Becker, creator and co-founder of zuma restaurants worldwide & Roka London, ETARU is a contemporary Japanese grill and bar situated just moments from the sand and overlooking the ocean.
