Encompassing all the tradition of a classic steakhouse with Chef Michael Mina’s modern flair, BOURBON STEAK is the steakhouse greater Los Angeles has been waiting for. Antique mirrors and brushed brass adorn the dining room where guests are treated to impeccable tableside service. Ideal for leisure or business events, the Private Dining Room accommodates guests at one long table. The Private Salon is perfect for intimate dinners or cocktail receptions. The restaurant is also available to reserve in its entirety.

Cal Mare — Los Angeles

Cal Mare is an homage to the coast of Italy and Southern California from chef/partner Adam Sobel in collaboration with Michael Mina and MINA Group. Located on the ground floor of the newly-redesigned Beverly Center in Los Angeles, the restaurant celebrates the best of coastal Italian cuisine while featuring California’s bountiful ingredients. The menu highlights seafood from both the Mediterranean and Pacific Ocean, as well as fresh handmade pastas and brick oven pizzas. Each space for gathering offers a bright, airy ambiance and colorful California feel — fitting for both upscale and casual events.

Chef Michael Mina’s STRIPSTEAK Waikiki is the perfect island escape, paying homage to the classic steakhouse in a beautiful, modern setting. The design is sophisticated, blending mid-century modern with contemporary luxury to create a setting befitting upscale gatherings. The Private Dining Room has floor-to-ceiling windows featuring lush Hawaiian flora. Go all the way outdoors with an event on the Lanai, where a retractable roof and modern fire pit ensure a comfortable al fresco experience.

Located at the landmark 101 California space in San Francisco’s Financial District, PABU combines rustic, old world Japanese charm with modern, urban sophistication to create a dynamic social dining experience. In partnership with Michael Mina and MINA Group, this modern izakaya and sushi bar in downtown San Francisco is a dream brought to life for Ken Tominaga of the famed Hana Japanese Restaurant in Sonoma County.

PABU Boston is Mina’s modern take on traditional izakaya style dining. Located in the Millennium Tower in historic Downtown Crossing, PABU combines rustic, old world Japanese charm with modern, urban sophistication to create a dynamic social dining experience. In partnership with Michael Mina and MINA Group, this modern izakaya and sushi bar in downtown Boston is a dream brought to life for Ken Tominaga of the famed Hana Japanese Restaurant in Sonoma County, CA. The private and semiprivate dining spaces exhibit an understated Japanese style of clean, modern and discreet luxury.

Named after Route National 74, the major thoroughfare passing through the heart of France’s Burgundy region, RN74 Seattle features global interpretations of American and French cuisine with an extensive wine list highlighting the Burgundy region of France, along with boutique wine producers from Washington and Oregon. Locally-sourced, seasonal highlights include house-aged steaks, vegetables from local organic farms and pristine Puget Sound seafood. AvroKO has designed the space where the masculinity of steel and glass is balanced with the warmth of reclaimed wood and rich leathers.
