NYC ∙ BOSTON ∙ SF ∙ MIAMI

Spring is here. We’ve rounded up 9 of our Venue Partners’ newest creations, including tropical takes on old classics, spicy and fruity flavors, and frozen drinks. Kick off the season with a unique and refreshing creation. Spring cocktails have arrived!

Tanner Smith’s (NYC)

Artfully created cocktails and a rotating craft beer selection accompanied by thoughtful food selections make Tanner Smith’s the perfect spot for any occasion.

Pictured is their Red Silk Pajamas, a spin on the classic white Negroni made with a dash of grapefruit and orange bitters, hibiscus infused suze, Cocchi Americano, Pomp & Whimsy liquor, and gin. Garnished with a lemon twist, this cocktail is slightly floral with citrus notes, making it perfect for a Spring evening.

Chezchez (SF)

Chezchez is a celebration of terrace and aperitivo culture, so if you’re stuck in April showers, let Chezchez transport you to to sunnier days with their Tropical Daquiri.

This blended cocktail features Plantation and Santa Teresa rums, passionfruit, and coconut. Other highlights on their menu include the Frozen Negroni and Coastal Martini. Cheers!

STK — South Beach (MIA)

STK South Beach artfully blends the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge into one, offering a dynamic, fine dining experience with the superior quality of a traditional steakhouse.

Enjoy a Spiced Watermelon, made with Patron Silver Tequila, St-Germain, Wtrmln Wtr, fresh lime and jalapeno, while relaxing in the Miami Beach breeze.

STATE Grill & Bar (NYC)

If you’re looking for a landmark NYC destination, look no further than STATE Grill and Bar. The newest addition to the Spring menu at STATE Grill and Bar is the Empire Espresso Martini.

This delectable cocktail includes Tito’s Vodka, espresso, Bailey’s and Kahlua. Sip from an Empire State Building glass while sitting inside the Empire State Building, and enjoy this newly popular classic.

Raines Law Room Chelsea (NYC)

Since it opened in 2009, Raines Law Room has become an institution in the NYC Speakeasy scene.

Here, they present the 41 Karat, a silky but bright mix of mezcal, rhum agricole, botanical liqueur with a dash of banana. This cocktail is a unique mix, including a tropical fruit nose and rich body without the acidity that people expect from rum cocktails. This cocktail is an elegant way to brighten up your Spring drinking.

The Madrigal (SF)

The Madrigal is a cocktail-forward bar and restaurant nestled right in the heart of San Francisco’s Van Ness corridor.

This pretty-in-pink cocktail has the perfect balance of spicy, tart and sweet. The Ojo de Oso (Eye of the Bear) mixes Espolon Blanco Tequila, pomegranate extract, jalapeño, sal de gusano, fresh lime, and candied jalapeños. You’ll find plenty of unique and delicious cocktails at The Madrigal including the Fancy Pajamas, made with bourbon, nonino, spiced quince, black tea, and lemon.

Hair of the Dog (NYC)

At the corner of Orchard and Stanton, Hair of the Dog is the Lower East Side’s favorite hotspot.

Whether you need an Espresso Martini to wake you up in the morning or to keep you going through the night, this cocktail made with Tito’s vodka, Vita coffee, butterscotch and sea salt is the perfect tropical take on this rich cocktail. Other great options in their cocktail menu include a spicy margarita, a cranberry gimlet and a rum punch.

Harvest (BOS)

At Harvest, the seasons directly influence every menu, special and dish. Spring in New England marks an exciting return to fresh vegetables, new fruits, and bright flavors.

A few new cocktails featured on their menu include: the Gooseberry Cobbler: a remake of a popular 1800’s cocktail made with a tantalizing combination of rum and sherries mixed with lemon and gooseberry; A Prance through Provence, which enhances the London classic Champs-Elysees cocktail with the infusion of Herbs de Provence and lavender bitters; and a refreshingly fruity, herbal, and a tart Rosé Sangria that shimmers with flavors of rhubarb, rose petals, and fennel. In addition, they continue to offer guest favorites, Lime in the Cocoanut, Negroni Bianco, and Sloe Down, Bubble Up.

Tudor City Steakhouse (NYC)

This old school steakhouse is the perfect spot to sip a cocktail in the Spring sunshine, as they have plenty of outdoor seating.

An amazing steak pairs perfectly with a classic Cosmopolitan with fresh flavors of cranberry and lime. The cocktail menu also includes a Blueberry Mojito with rum, mint, blueberries and lime and the Hot Passion with rum, passion fruit puree, jalapeno and lime juice.
