A Thought For Two

I sit and think hard

How our lives changed in a blink?

Amidst all of these

Is this a wake-up call?

Is this a total negative

Or a temporary sedative?

Is this god’s interjection

Or is he upskilling us?

As we lose some stability

Do we gain some humility?-Or

If we feel we’re in control

Does this not take a harder toll?

I’ve noticed it all!

Families staying in their nests.

Online classes replacing learning hubs

Adding more stress to the mind!

Sometimes, only during disasters.

We remember the real ‘Masters.’

Maybe that’s a good perspective

That keeps us grateful and reflective!

I do not make light

That many will lose to this fight!

For families left behind

May we show up, may we be kind!
