Who we are: María

Hi, I just wanna say hello…

María taking the chance here. For the next weeks we’ll be introducing the team and somehow here I’m, breaking the ice.

When Matt talks about me he usually says that I’m the Spanish actress who saved him from freezing in Ахтопол, which I actually think it’s a cool way to explain who I am. ’Cause if I’m anything it’s someone who loves freedom, and I find the most liberating time traveling and making art. Especially you know in these weird times we are living traveling hasn’t been possible, so art has been saving me. The idea of being able to catch our reality, improve it, change it, escape from it… is what moves me to create. I feel an unmeasured love for theatre and getting into a character is what my heart longs to, but I also find quite peace of mind in drawing and writing. And as I believe our creations make us free, I also think we must share what we craft so we can try to help others to understand who we are as humans.

Those are the reasons that made me say yes to this project and I hope this inspires you to join us too.
