Floyd Mayweather Jr. is considered one of the best pound-for-pound boxers of all time and finished his professional career with a perfect 50 wins in 50 fights. One better than legendary Rocky Marciano’s 49–0.

From a modest upbringing, he fought his way to become the highest-paid athlete in any sport in the last decade, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Roger Federer.

Growing up in the gym

Boxing was part of family tradition as Floyd’s father and two of his uncles had been professional boxers.
