Freshdesk integration with Skrumble

Lots has been happening at Skrumble HQ this summer with all of our product updates and new desktop app, the launch of our original blog series Team Talk, and now, we are excited to announce that we have launched a Freshdesk integration.
Freshdesk, the cloud-based customer support software being used by 80,000 business and is taking the industry by storm.
Through the use of project ticketing you can organize and prioritize project tickets while customer service representatives communicate on a separate channel to solve the issues and contact customers.
With the Skrumble integration, you can now use our collaboration software to make and receive your customer service phone calls, have calls wait on hold, and prompt you to answer the next incoming call once you finish the current one. Simultaneously open tickets to track your information, forward the ticket onward, and manage both accounts from the same email.
Instructions for how to set up your Freshdesk integration:
- Have the administrator or manager of your Skrumble account access their Company Settings and click Company Info where they should find a Freshdesk page subheading.
- Click Freshdesk and enter your Freshdesk account information to sync the accounts.
- Then visit the Departments, choose a department, and there will be a new box with the option to activate Freshdesk Support by checking a box and adding team members.
- Check the boxes of the departments you want to be actively using the Freshdesk integration.
- Now, you’re set up!
