Announcing VRINN, SkunkDAO’s Metaverse Partnership

SkunkDAO joins VRINN, a cluster of Norwegian “immersive learning” companies focused on VR/ AR (XR), and gamification.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce that SkunkDAO, the ecosystem incubator for Nahmii, has joined VRINN, a VR company cluster in Norway. This announcement coincides with our appearance at ETHDenver 2022 and the debut of DOTS, a paint-by-pixel NFT demo which marks our first foray into the metaverse.

Users will use NFT dots to paint on a 24x24 pixel grid. Once they are happy with their work, they can choose to mint an NFT of the entire picture, burning the NFT dots they used to create it. The experience is built entirely on Nahmii, allowing for a real-time, low-cost NFT minting experience from VR to the blockchain.

Nahmii will have an interactive workshop at ETHDenver from February 17–20, located in the Denver Sports Castle. The layer 2 scaling solution and NFT marketplace will feature the newly created VR experience and a live demonstration.
