From April 22nd to 24th, 2022, the [alpha test] of ‘Coin Grid’, the first game released on the SKY Play 🌐NFT platform, has ended safely with so much support and encouragement from many people.

Most team members made valuable sacrifices for the first alpha test, and I think it was very intense for the last three days. There was so much feedback from users, and the SKY Play’s CS team and development team members could barely sleep at all. 😂

Our team had a really busy time during the alpha test, but at the same time, we believe that we had the happiest 3 days. During the alpha test, we were able to get as much information as we could possibly get, and it was very helpful to us that of users providing feedback in real time while playing the game. In particular, the response of ‘Coin Grid’ was especially hot in the Southeast Asian market.

The feedback from this alpha test gave us an opportunity to check and balance for the direction and the path we need to take, and the areas that need to improve.

As the result, our SKY Play 🌐NFTs Team could have the opportunity to realize once again how important communication with the community is.

Thank you very much to the users who have participated in the alpha test.

We will come back with the upgraded version as soon as possible thanks to the feedback from the users.

/ User feedback & FaQ

During the 3 day alpha test period, there was a lot of feedback. Here is the list of most frequently asked questions. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the users once again for participating in the game and providing feedback to the SKY Play team.

Q 1 🤷🏻 When I logged in with my Google ID, a duplicate login message appeared and the game did not work. Why?

A. 👨🏻‍💻 First of all, we apologize for not being able to participate in the alpha test because of our company’s fault.
This content was immediately identified by the SKY Play development team after implementing the alpha test.
We implemented the following policies to understand the exact numbers and to ensure security.

1. In case of signing up with account ‘A’ on the same device, and trying to log in with account ‘B’.

2. When trying to log in from multiple devices with one account In these two cases, the game could not proceed.

However, even though it wasn’t for these two cases, we found a bug that caused an error when connecting, so the development team started working on it and fixed it immediately.
For the future tests, we will do our best to provide you with the most comfortable environment for your game play based on our previous experience.

Q 2 🤷🏻 The loading screen does not proceed any further and the screen freezes. Why?

A. 👨🏻‍💻 We apologize for not being able to help you with the game progress smoothly. After receiving inquiries from the users, the development team immediately started to work on it.
We plan to handle the issue, where the process stops for an unknown reason during the loading process, to override with the exception reload process to take in place.
We plan to review it more carefully to prevent the above error from occurring in future tests.

Q 3 🤷🏻 We found that the Coin Grid character UI is sometimes broken. Why?

A. 👨🏻‍💻 We have found that, on a certain device, the UI breaks occur.
The development team will acquire the above mentioned device to investigate, and take action.

Q 4 🤷🏻 It was quite unsatisfactory that the PvP mode is open 24 hours a day. It was difficult to rank up because the matching did not go well.

A. 👨🏻‍💻 That is correct. The original policy was to open the PvP mode only for a set time of 3 days, but it was changed to 24 hours due to many users’ requests.

However, after the 24 hours operation application, users from countries with different time zones were dispersed and the game was not engaged for a long time in the 1000 CGP room.
For the future tests, we plan to refer to the above information in operation.

- Concluding the article… 🙇🏻‍♂️

The SKY Play team has collected really valuable indicators and information through this alpha test, and they are very happy with the positive responses from users.

However, we will not be complacent with our current circumstances. We will continue to review issues found in this alpha test, along with anticipated issues that may arise in the future. Let’s move on to the next test.

We sincerely thank all users who participated in this ‘Coin Grid’ alpha test, and we will do our best to show you a better version in the future.

We will see you again with the second test later, and we will come back with more advanced technology and events than the first alpha test. thank you.
