SkyLaunch Update
Let’s have a recap of past events and bring you up to speed with what’s going on at SkyLaunch HQ
It’s been a little quiet recently in terms of news and announcements here at SkyLaunch HQ, but don’t think for a second we’re not working hard to deliver an outstanding product for you. As you all know, we’re at the incredibly crucial BETA test stage right now, so we have a heavy focus on final tweaks on platform development to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our tester squad are in place and ready to go, and testing will begin shortly.
Given the fact all the work is going on behind the scenes on product development, now seems like a great time to bring you all up to date on where we are and what to expect in the next few weeks. Let’s have a recap of past events to remind you all, and bring you up to speed with exactly where we are now.
Initial Capital Raise
Heading right back to the beginning, our initial raise in October 2021 kicked off the SkyLaunch timeline in a very promising manner. Raising in excess of $1.4 million from some huge players in the VC world, this successful funding round went a long way to confirming what we already knew — that we had a really great product in our hands!
Partnerships and Network Growth
In these opening few months, we’ve been fortunate enough to strike up partnerships with some incredibly big names in the crypto and DeFi space, including some market leaders in their particular areas.
First on the list here is Lossless, a market leading DeFi security protocol and the world’s first hack-mitigation tool. This partnership is great news for our investors and the projects we launch, due to the fact that not only will we implement Lossless code, but they have also agreed to join our post-IDO alliance network, meaning all projects we launch will be connected with Lossless for their own security needs.
Next up, Liberty Gaming Guild. This partnership represents huge promise for the growth of SkyLaunch. In return for access to our array of high-quality development tools, Liberty have entered a deal-flow based agreement with us. Given their position as a guild, Liberty have a stellar team of project analysts searching for the most promising GameFi projects around, and will connect us with those looking for a launchpad.
The next partnership agreement was an incredibly exciting one in terms of our multi-chain expansion plans; Polygon. As an incredibly fast, low-cost and rapidly growing ecosystem, the Polygon network is a crucial area for our growth here at SkyLaunch. Having access to the increasingly popular Polygon blockchain means we have exposure to vast numbers of new projects aiming to launch within the network.
Next on the list we announced an agreement in a very different sector, but another market leader. One of the leading PR and marketing agencies in the crypto space, Guerrilla Buzz, agreed to join our post-IDO alliance network. Having worked with Guerrilla Buzz ourselves from day one, we have first-hand experience to leave us safe in the knowledge we are placing our on-boarded projects’ marketing needs in very capable hands.
Finally, and in a different sector again, we had the pleasure of welcoming yet another market leader in to the SkyLaunch ecosystem. MultiChain, a web3.0 router and bridge protocol, are streaking ahead of their particular field by a distance. MultiChain supports more networks than any other bridge (30 and counting), and is by far the most bridge protocol in the space, which gives us great pleasure to add them to our alliance network.
Product and Project Developments
First up on our own project timeline was the SkyLaunch whitelisting event back in December, which was a fantastic success.In the whitelisting competition, entrants had a chance of winning one of four different kinds of SkyLaunch IDO allocation NFTs, all of which were successfully claimed.
The next announcement could have fallen in to either category here, but given its relativity to our project timeline it’s in here. Infinity Pad, an incredibly popular multi-chain launchpad, will be hosting part of the SkyLaunch IDO. We will be partially launching on our own platform, but also on some other launchpads, and we’re happy to have Infinity Pad be one of them.
The final addition here is where we are currently at; the BETA test. As announced a few weeks back, the platform and dAPP is almost ready to be rolled out, but of course as is expected, we need to run a closed test of everything prior to pubic rollout. We’re fully expecting everything to go smoothly, and of course we will update you in due course!
Current Events
Just to keep you all up to date, while we are about to conduct the BETA test, there are some things going on behind the scenes. Our team are looking at more launchpads to take part in the SkyLaunch IDO, as well as talking to some big exchanges about listing SKYFI as soon as we can.
We should be bringing you some exciting announcements in the very near future as we inch ever closer to our IDO, and we’ll be ramping up marketing efforts around the SkyLaunch project to ensure maximum hype and exposure.
