The SkyLaunch project aims to solve numerous problems in the IDO launchpad space, and we have all the tools in place to make this happen. One of the most important tools we need that hasn’t been mentioned yet, is a fantastic core team with the ability to make SkyLaunch a reality.
The people behind SkyLaunch bring an enormous amount of experience to the table from a variety of essential fields, coming together to create a collectively formidable skill-set. Let’s meet the team, and give you a run-through of the wealth of experience they bring to the table.
Nikolai Gurskyi — Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Nikolai brings with him extensive experience across both traditional finance and blockchain investments, offering a unique viewpoint capturing both sides. Nikolai has been trading commodities, derivatives & crypto assets spanning 15 years, and is the founder of Synergia Capital (Market Neutral & Venture Capital). As if that wasn’t enough, Nikolai is a real veteran of crypto investing as well, having been heavily involved in a large number of early-stage blockchain and digital asset projects.
Thomas Caddick — Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Bringing an enormous 18 years of experience to the table from a number of standpoints in the financial sector, Thomas’ background from an investment perspective is invaluable. SkyLaunch are fortunate to have access to his vast knowledge spanning a number of key areas, including venture capital and private equity, investment & portfolio management, equity, sales and trading.
Chris Ciszak — Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Chris is another team member bringing years of both traditional finance and blockchain experience to the table, this time from a tech standpoint. This vast knowledge comes from his roles as a cross-functional technical lead with over 15 years technology experience within Fortune 1000 companies. Seeing the changing financial world, Chris began specialising in blockchain in 2016 across multiple ecosystems for CeFi, DeFi & NFT projects.
Justin Chevalier — Chief Operating Officer
Justin’s 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing for top IT Companies, combined with 5 years in the crypto industry, are of incredible importance to SkyLaunch. Justin is adept in leading startup projects to success and developing their market all around the world. This extensive cross-industry marketing knowledge, including helping several projects with their go-to-market strategy, will assist SkyLaunch with growing in to the project it has the potential to be.
Oliver Mills — Content Manager
It’s kind of strange to write about myself, but I am part of the team! I’ve been a writer and content creator for 8 years, including 5 years in the crypto space from multiple standpoints. I feel I bring a key skill to the table, in my ability to take technical topics and explain them in a way the wider world can understand. While my position in the team may be less about the product itself, I will take it upon myself to use my skills and experience to present SkyLaunch to the public in the best way possible.
As you can see, the SkyLaunch team’s combined experience covers a vast array of key areas across the finance and crypto space, putting us in a fantastic position to bring to Defi the next generation of IDO Launchpad.
In addition to the SkyLaunch core team, we do of course have an exemplary board of advisors to fall back on, coupled with a stellar selection of strategic partners ready to assist with knowledge and expertise wherever it is needed.
