Sugarbot was created by the Epicom team to help sales teams quickly find information they need about leads, prospects, and customers. Simply ask Sugarbot questions and it will instantly fetch the data from Sugar, like “What was the lead conversion rate last month?”

Or use a simple slash command to find recorded data at any time — especially right before a client call. With this Slack integration, you can also receive weekly or monthly reports in channel to keep tabs on converted leads (and then go for lunch to celebrate, perhaps using Lunch Train)!
