Working Mother Seeking Babysitter For Four Adorable Houseplants

I’m looking for a trustworthy babysitter for my four lovable and unique houseplants. I work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday so you must have availability during these times, in addition to the occasional Saturday date night!

I’m only looking for candidates who have at least 15 years of experience working with houseplants. Interested persons should also know how to deal with picky photosynthesizers, be able to perform CPR, and possess a commercial fertilizer license. Master’s degree in Botany preferred.

The pay is $7 an hour, which I know is below minimum wage, but taking care of these precious babies is priceless! Hubby works from home so he will be around to answer any of your questions. Why doesn’t he just take care of the plants himself? Men just aren’t suited for plant-care! Also, he never volunteered.

Now, let’s talk about the kiddos. Our eldest daughter (5yo, ficus) is an absolute angel. However, last month she did catch a glimpse of Little Shop of Horrors and has been developing some violent tendencies ever since. We assure you this is nothing for you to worry about, though! Just remember the smell of blood provokes her so don’t show up to work with any open wounds.
