We are a DeFi project driven by a high level of creativity and overwhelming technical strength. This reflects not only in our products but also, in our core members.
We are a distributed team, with members all around the world, including countries or regions such as: Singapore, Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and South America.
Transparency in the web3 community is very important to us. So please let us introduce our members.

Shinsuke Sato
Ex／Creative production

In 2011, he founded Holyday Inc. (https://holyday.co.jp/), a creative production company in Akasaka, Tokyo.
Since 2020, he has been based in Singapore (https://www.dev-verse.sg/), developing a payment system development business, as well as providing project management support and development partnerships in the Web3 field.
Slash Fintech Limited was established in the British Virgin Islands in May 2022.
Tatsuya Yagi
Ex／AWS solution architect
CTO
He started his career as an engineer at a major Japanese system integrator, and after working for a Japanese mega-venture and as a freelancer, he joined Amazon Web Services Japan as a solution architect in 2017. He was in charge of startups, DNB, and the media industry, and he led the entire newspaper/publishing industry in the enterprise space from 2019. In addition to providing technical support to customers, he was also responsible for estimating the sales potential of the industry, formulating the basic policy of sales strategy, and developing mid-term growth plans.
In 2021, he was invited to speak at a technology seminar hosted by the Japan Newspaper Publishers Association, and so far has spoken at many other public speaking engagements.
In 2022, he decided to move from AWS JAPAN to his current position at Slash.

Vision
At the heart of Slash is the worldwide initiative to replace, where beneficial, parts of the network of existing services with Web3 mechanisms.
By introducing Web3 mechanisms to the financial service system, Slash is situated to pioneer a global Web3 transformation in the field.
Our stakeholders
With Slash at the core, our organization is surrounded by an ecosystem of investors, merchants, partners, resellers and users. We wish to collaborate with our stakeholders and bring value together. Our strategies involve fostering other networks to corroborate and synergize with our current ecosystem.
Our organization’s philosophy consists of 4 different pillars:
- Web3 transformation: Our products are meant to connect the best of Web2 with the utility provided by Web3 technologies, pioneering the next generation of technological transformation.
- Strengthen Relationships: By fostering collaborative relationships, we generate new opportunities and support the community.
- Three-sided value: We work together in order to bring value to our merchants, users, and investors.
- Informative Education: For some businesses, Web3 technologies may seem complex. Our aim is to help reduce any existing knowledge gap when implementing our solutions.
About Slash
Slash currently consists of the core product, Slash Web3 Payments, and upcoming products Slash Genesis and NFT Vault.
1.Slash Web3 Payments: A non-custodial token payment protocol utilizing decentralised liquidity. Under the hood, this protocol connects to third party decentralised financial DApps and automating the token conversion process via smart contracts. This allows for users to pay directly in their preferred token while merchants can receive their payments in their preferred stable coin or crypto.
• Currently on 4 blockchains (ETH, Polygon, Ava, BNB) and expected to expand into more.
• More than 1400 different tokens for users to pay with.
• There is no need to manually swap between cryptocurrencies for payment.
• Easy QR code creation and API integration.
• You can easily request crypto payments in stores, from menus, issue receipts, or for any EC site.
2.Slash.Genesis: On-chain KYC using Soulbound tokens. Cryptocurrency and NFTs get a bad rep from its scams and money laundering. Slash.Genesis is our innovation to bring safety and convenience to the space, while connecting society with blockchain and building a common foundation between companies/organizations via SBTs.
- KYC SBTs: The soulbound token is a non-transferrable, permanent NFT that sits in your web3 wallet. It is locked to your Ethereum wallet and can only be minted once you have verified your real-world identity. This serves just like a blockchain ID for services that require Know Your Client processes.
- My Loyalty SBT: is a service for businesses to issue their own SBTs and provide special SBTs perks to loyal customers. Now every organization can build a digital ecosystem through My Loyalty SBT and set offer a broader range of benefits to their most loyal customers.
3.NFT Vault:
We are building a slightly different kind of technology offering unique features utility features to NFTs such as:
- Token Top up: Store funds onto your NFTs in the form of cryptocurrency, making your NFT act similar to a prepaid gift card.
- Token Time lock: Lock cryptocurrency tokens onto your NFT which provides future value to the NFTs, and still be liquid by freely sell those NFTs on the secondary market.
- Token Transmit: Game projects and project owners can seamlessly grant their own tokens or rewards to users holding their NFTs. Projects can also create their own reward incentive plans behind transmitted tokens, or send tokens in a time-locked state..
- NFT Pay: Integration with Slash, allowing a transfer of balance from your Vault to make payments with Slash.
