We are pleased to announce that Slash Vision Portal ( https://app.slash.vision/ ) now supports the crypto wallet “Privy.”
Purpose of introducing the cryptocurrency wallet “Privy”
Currently, the average cryptocurrency ownership rate in the world is 6.8%, with an estimated 560 million users worldwide. In countries such as the UAE, Singapore, Turkey, and Argentina, the ownership rate relative to the total population has reached 18–25% or more, and the crypto payment market is expanding with the following economic benefits:
・Merchants who accepted cryptocurrencies payments saw an average ROI of 327% and an increase of up to 40% of new customers.
・Customers who use cryptocurrency spend about $250 more per transaction on average than what the average customer spends.

Various use cases are being created, such as improving interoperability between blockchains and integrating the RWA market with existing financial and stock markets.
In the Japanese market, the number of cryptocurrency accounts has reached 10,148,764 ( https://jvcea.or.jp/news/main-info/20240603-001/), and the social implementation of cryptocurrencies is progressing, with global conferences such as EDCON, ETHTokyo, and Bitcoin Tokyo 2024.
So, we have decided to support the crypto wallet “Privy” to each of our products, including Slash Vision Portal, in order to support the onboarding of more ordinary people into the cryptocurrency market.
The crypto wallet “Privy” allows users to create a wallet using an email address and can also easily connect to non-custodial wallets, so it is also integrated into apps such as Zora, OpenSea, friend.tech, and Blackbird.
As the crypto market moves from the “infrastructure era” to the “app era,” Slash Vision Labs plans to develop and provide a crypto card that supports Privy.
We will promote mass adoption of crypto by implementing various measures to encourage onboarding of ordinary people by allowing them to create wallets using their email addresses.
How to set up a wallet using your email address (Mobile ver)
1 Click “Connect Wallet”, enter your email address, and enter the 6-digit code received by email.
2 Click “Show Wallet” and select “Link a passkey” from the ⚙️ mark.
3. Select “Authenticator App” and click “Copy secret.”
4. In the two-step authentication app, set the account name from “Enter setup key” and enter the value you copied earlier.
5. Once you have completed setting up two-factor authentication, return to Slash Vision Portal and enter the 6-digit value to log in to your wallet.
