• The username that you create will be the text used for your custom URL to access your storefront. For example, our username is slatestores, therefore our URL is www.slate.store/slatestores.
• Your username cannot have spaces or special characters other than “_”.
• Ensure your business information is accurate and authentic to your business as you cannot create a store using the same email address or username again.
• Lastly, when creating a password for your Slate store add numbers and special characters to increase its strength.
