At the heart, there’s a Pulse: Introducing Tempo’s community program

Throughout this journey of development, we’ve been blown away by the amount of support and enthusiasm from the community, championing our distinct take on email and your willingness to help out in any way that you can. As we work towards the future of Tempo, we’re excited to announce Tempo Pulse, an ongoing, community-driven testing program.

What is Tempo Pulse?

Think of Tempo Pulse as a secret society, minus the secrets, elitism, and rituals. Well, that depends if you call Slack a ritual.

Jokes aside, Tempo Pulse is the heart of the Tempo Community. A safe space to hang out with other members and us, try out new and upcoming Tempo features before they go live, give us your thoughts and feedback, and ultimately help us shape the future of the app. But, what do you actually get out of Tempo Pulse?

- Full access to the Alpha version of Tempo, where we test out new features

- Be the first to test out the mobile version of Tempo (once it’s ready)

- Join the private Tempo Pulse Slack channel and talk directly to the team

- Join our development update live streams (when we finally get around to them)

- Our endless gratitude for helping us out

How do you join Tempo Pulse?

To sign-up, you’ll need to fill out this form; it’ll only take a minute. We are 100% inclusive and value all humans. All we require is enthusiasm and respect towards your fellow community members.

Ideally, we’d want to have a zero limit on the number of community members in Pulse, but to prevent and manage any hiccups, we have to cap the number to begin with. Then, we aim to expand the program over time.

Lastly, I want to shout out our current “Tempo Testers” that have provided us with feedback over the past few months. You have given us the certainty to turn this into something proper. Salute.
