Hello Miners!

Today we are releasing the first official version of mobile app for Slush Pool, which has been one of our most requested features. Available for Android and iOS, this lightweight app allows you to quickly check stats about your account and pool’s overall status in a mobile-friendly format.

Or — if you aren’t a statistics nerd — you can just set up notifications and be informed about the important events when they happen. The app will let you know when there is a problem with your worker, when we send you a payout, mine a new block etc. You can monitor not only Bitcoin mining, but also mining of Zcash, a new promising cryptocurrency which we will start supporting soon.

In order to allow the app to access your account information, you have to pair it with your account (Settings — Devices menu in the web interface). Just scan the QR code and you are ready to go. This way you can setup the app on how many devices you wish.

And yes, it is secure. The app has read-only access, so you do not have to worry too much about the security of the system/device. You will still have to visit our web interface to make the important changes such as changing your payout settings.
