You have 3 levers in your business to attract, engage and delight your people: the experience you create, your environment and your value exchange. Your environment and your value exchange go into creating the experience, and the experience is bigger than just those 2 things.

What is the objective?

To use the 3 levers to make your people’s journey the best it can be.

You want to be able to use your time and energy in the most effective and efficient way possible.

You need to understand your customer’s journey

The Project

Your job here is to enhance your customer’s journey by deliberately designing the experience, by managing your environment and by deciding on a value exchange that is robust and makes everyone happy.

How will you you know you have succeeded with this project?

Your business will be rolling along attracting the best customers, engaging them and delighting them. They will thank you as they pay you and they will happily share their stories. You will feel fulfilled with the way it is working.

What is important to carry on to the next projects?

You will carry forward the complete, working customer’s journey.
