Your team members are looking for more than just a paycheck. They want to grow, to have meaning and the autonomy to do their work to the best of their abilities.

What is the objective?

To determine what will delight your team members and put it into place.

Why is this important?

People will stay longer when they are getting what they need and want.

What do you need to know to do this?

Who your best team members are. They will fill in skills, abilities and experience you don’t have and will fir with your culture. This is back in your owner’s journey.

The Project

Ideally, you hire people who are better than you at the specific work you want them to do, then you continually support them to make them even better. We help you with examples, templates and tools to help you get these answers and design how you can make it work for your team.

How will you you know you have succeeded with this project?

Your team members will stay with you longer and be engaged in serving your business’s greater reason.

What is important to carry on to the next projects?

Delighted team members attract more great team members.

Every week I post the next Project. You are welcome to work on it here, ask questions in the comments, answer questions in the comments and let us know how you are doing.
