This is the Second Stage of Starting and Growing Your Business

By the time you are done this stage you will know your idea is working because you will know how you can reliably get people to buy. You start by interviewing potential customers to find out all you can about the problem you are solving and what is important to them about solving that problem. You may think you know, but you don’t until you have it in their own words.

Your idea will have evolved within the bounds of what you discovered in Your Owner’s Journey. Remember, you build your business for you and your offer for your customers. In the first stage you figured out what your business needs to be. In this stage, you figure out what your offer needs to be to attract the customers you want.

You will have a clear idea of:

Who your best customers are

What problem they have and how you solve it

What is important to them about that solution

How to serve & delight them

You will have testimonials and stories to tell

In this stage you will do what is unsustainable in the name of learning all you can as quickly as possible. You will streamline your processes and make it automatic later.

Every week I post the next Project. You are welcome to work on it here, ask questions in the comments, answer questions in the comments and let us know how you are doing.
