Veem Introduces “Pay Links” For a Faster Way to Pay and Get Paid

The team at Veem is making it even easier for you to pay and get paid through our global platform.

Introducing: Veem’s new “Pay Link” feature. But, what is it?

Veem users can now send “Pay Links” to their customers, suppliers, and business partners to receive a payment through Veem.

These links can be sent directly or added to invoices, web pages, or anywhere users can be paid. Every new Veem customer will automatically get a Pay Link at sign up. For current users, you will now automatically have access to this great new feature.

Have you ever heard the phrase, “your check is in the mail?” Now, Veem users don’t have to wait on payments or send their customers on a wild goose-chase just to get paid.

Your own branded Pay Link enhances accounts receivable and incoming cash flow for small businesses. You’ll know exactly when your customers and partners have paid you, and it’s free for them to use! Pay Link fits seamlessly into your existing accounts receivable workflow so there’s no hassle to start using it.

You’ll also never have to worry about passing out your bank account information to new vendors or businesses you don’t know. With Pay Link, businesses will pay you through Veem’s secure network, so your information is safely guarded.

Banks and other payments providers simply don’t offer this capability. Here at Veem, we want the payments process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. What better way than bringing your customers and partners right where they need to be?

Now, how does it work?

How it Works

For existing Veem users, you’ll find you already have a Pay Link available in your dashboard.

To start, sign into your Veem.com account. Click the name of your business in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will reveal a drop down menu. Click “Settings.”

Once there, you’ll see a list of 8 tabs at the top of your screen. Click the “Preferences” tab with the bell icon.

Your personalized, branded Pay Link is available at the bottom of the “Notification Preferences” box. All you need to do now is click “Copy,” and the link can be sent or posted anywhere you wish to be paid from.

It’s that simple. If you lose the link, you can always go back and copy the link as many times as you’d like.

For your intended payer, the process is just as easy.

Once they click your branded Pay Link, your customer or business partner will arrive at a page showing your business’ logo (if one has been uploaded), name, and the two-step process for paying.

There, they will enter the country they reside in, the amount they wish to pay, and the currency they prefer to pay you in. Our foreign exchange calculator will then show the exchange rate, and any fees accrued from the transaction.

By clicking “Send Payment,” your customers or business partners will be taken to Veem’s “Sign Up” page, branded with your business name and the amount of funds to be sent.

If they already have an account, all they’ll need to do is sign in, and the process is complete. For those without an account, they’ll need to provide some personal and banking information to send your payment.

Once they’re signed up, they can send the funds. As easy as that, your money is on its way.
