Time Spent vs. Time Wasted

The distinction makes a fulfilled life

I created this image in Canva

“It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important.”

― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince

Just for today…

Think about who you’ve spent time with over the past month.

How much time was spent with people or things you didn’t care about?

We don’t always know when things will be a waste of time. However, if we do it again, that’s on us.

Consider saying “no” to time spent with people or things that don’t bring you joy.

If that means wasting time with people or things you do care about, perhaps that’s time better spent (or intentionally wasted).
