For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Anger is a dangerous poison - that’s a very obvious point that everybody knows but sometimes chooses to ignore.

However, for some, it is a shield formed by feelings of grief, loneliness, and fear; therefore, this poison is technically injected into these people by those around them.

But such people must be strong, and they have the ability to do so. They, like everyone else, have a choice, and they should be strong enough to choose the correct one.

A short story about Conquering your anger.
A short piece I read somewhere made an impression on me, so I decided to share my views on it.

That said, the above-mentioned short story revolves around those individuals who utilize the poison as a barrier, and second, it asks who forces these people to use this poison? Who gives them any kind of support in managing their anger?

They have the ability to remove this poison from themselves by using this story as a shield and by being true to who they are.
It may help individuals who believe that being feared is preferable to being nice, as that’s really not the case.
It could also provide understanding and support for people who exhibit such behavior.

All we need to do is be strong and intelligent, and we can overcome anything.

Concluding words
To summarize, rage may be a destructive emotion that is frequently utilized as a shield by individuals to cope with sadness, loneliness, and fear. However, it’s important to remember that we all have the ability to choose how we deal with our emotions. By sharing tales like these, we hope to encourage and help individuals who use anger as a coping method.

This narrative emphasizes that fear is not superior to kindness and encourages individuals to be true to themselves. We can overcome the problems of anger and develop healthy relationships by embracing our inner power and wisdom. Finally, our decisions and dedication to personal improvement are the keys to overcoming hardship.
