ICO is Live — Get Into the First Bonus Tier

We’ve raised US $ 13.75 M on both our tokens combined in pre-sale. What a success! Now our public sale is live and we’d like to use the opportunity to help you prepare for your participation.
Firstly, payments can be made with Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) or fiat (in USD, CHF or EUR) via credit card. Please make sure to prepare your funds in advance.
If you wish to pay in BTC or ETH:
- Buy BTC or ETH via an exchange (in case you did not do so yet). If this is the first time you’re buying BTC or ETH, you should consider using a user-friendly service such as www.bity.com, www.lykke.com or www.coinbase.com. Please note that the process of opening an account, transferring the necessary funds and converting them into BTC or ETH can take several days.
- Make sure you can access your funds via your preferred service or wallet before the start of the presale.
- Note that mining fees (BTC) or gas fees (ETH) will apply for your crypto currency transactions.
If you wish to pay in fiat currency you can do so in USD, CHF or EUR via credit card (Mastercard, Visa), but note that you need to consider your credit card limit, transaction fees as well as the issuer’s terms and conditions.
Payments with credit card:
- Maximum amount per transaction: 10'000 USD
- Maximum transactions per day: 2
- Administration fees will be added to your investment sum
- Please note that we can not accept prepaid credit cards due to anti money laundering rules
Secondly, please prepare an Ethereum ERC 20 compatible wallet in order to receive your SMARC and/or LOGI tokens once we will issue them and consider the following:
- It is important that you control the private key to the Ethereum address yourself. Therefore, you MUST NOT use the address of an exchange! Doing so can result in the loss of your SMARC and/or LOGI tokens.
- A popular solution to get an Ethereum address and manage its private key is MyEtherWallet.com. You can use the following instructions to set up a wallet with MyEtherWallet. Please note that MyEtherWallet is one of many solutions and the choice of a suitable wallet to be used is entirely up to you. Consider watching the video tutorial for further instructions.
- Another platform we recommend is the private wallet of Lykke.
- Additionally, we recommend considering the use of a hardware wallet such as Trezor or Ledger for increased security.
Thirdly, please read the token sale terms and conditions (SMARC and LOGI) carefully and note that:
- The tokens are distributed evenly in 3 tiers — each tier contains 1/3 of the tokens. The earlier you invest, the better the bonus level you can reach. The first 1/3 of tokens have a bonus level of 15%, the second third will profit from -10% and the third 1/3 will be rewarded with 5% bonus. So move fast and get the best possible deal.
The token allocation is done once you have completed KYC. - A minimum allocation of 500 USD or equivalent is required to participate in the token sale
- You can invest into SMARC and/or LOGI Tokens. However, if you wish to pay in fiat currencies and buy both tokens, you go through the process for a first time buying ONE of both tokens. At the end of the process, you will get the opportunity to top up your investment and buy the SECOND token.
- Contributions from US citizens, residents and US Persons won’t be accepted.
- Every participant will need to complete a full Know Your Customer (KYC) process including a video identification. You will receive all the information necessary to complete this step at a later stage in the process. The KYC Process needs to be completed within 14 days after payment transfer.
Allocations that don’t fulfill these criteria will be transferred back to the originating address (BTC/ETH) or credit card.

Once you have completed your registration, you will get the opportunity to share an email with your acquaintances and send them a participation link. If you find 5 people registering with this link, you will move up your bonus level of 20%. Should there be 10 participants joining through your link, then your bonus level will be toped up to 25%.

- Before conducting any payments, always check that your browser shows our official domain with a green mark and a lock. Check very carefully because fraudulent domains may look very similar at first glance.

The public sale bars on our website are updated in real time. Your investment is closed once you have passed KYC and receive an according notification by email and in your investors dashboard using your login.
