We’re proud to announce that we’ve successfully completed the Smart Containers public sale!
Six months ago, we’ve set our sails and embarked on our ICO journey. We spoke on over 50 conferences and events in 16 countries, shared over 500 updates on 10 platforms and hit 4'200 telegram members on Telegram this month. On our way, we’re reached several milestones like new partnerships and the compliance of our ICO with the Swiss financial market regulators that propelled us forward.
Therefore, we could close our public sale as planned on the 30th of June with equivalent USD 15.42 million raised in the pre-sale and public sale together.
This would not have been possible without you — our incredibly supportive community. We’d like to thank you for being part of this journey to disrupt the logistics industry that has actually just started.
As larger investments take time, the private sale is still ongoing with bigger tickets to be closed soon. We’re happy to share more information with you as soon as it’s completed so stay tuned.

When will the SMARC and LOGI tokens be minted?
Both tokens will be minted until end of July.
When will the tokens be listed on an exchange?
We’re currently working on the listing and will give you an update at the time given.
What will happen with unsold tokens?
The amount of tokens representing 20% of future dividends is fixed. Unsold tokens remain with the company for future reserve.
