Identify your voters and see how they vote — Event marketing and audience engagement

Great news everyone! We have just release a great feature for our premium users. From now on you can identify voters and see how did they vote on each question.

In poll’s “Show options” section you will see a new option — Identification of voters. It has 3 different options:

- None. This means that voters will remain anonymous

- Require email. Each voter will have to enter his email address before voting

- Require Facebook login — each voter will have to log in with his/her Facebook account.

Export a report of voting results (with each voter identified)

A new report (in Excel) will allow to view each voter and how he voted on each question. If voter logged in with Facebook or entered an email address, it will be displayed in the report as well. If identification of voters is disabled in the poll — you will still see how that person voted on each question (in “Email” field there will be “Not provided” value).

From all collected voting data you can better understand how people vote. Maybe those who answered in the first question that they are women, in the third question chose voting option B, instead of C. This can give you some additional insight.

Advantages of logging in with Facebook

- We can guarantee that one Facebook account will vote only once. So if you want to prevent duplicating voters, choose loggin in with Facebook.

- We also get voter’s email address from his Facebook account, so you can get a new lead. The list of all collected emails can be exported to Excel. but don’t forget that voters can choose not to allow to use their email addresses for marketing purposes, so please be kind don’t spam them ☺

Identification of voters is available with all premium IQ Polls plans.
