Young people in Chichester are at the centre of several local initiatives within the area, in response to new data that suggests that approximately 14 hours per week are spent by children and teens in the UK on their smartphones.

After the appointment of Chichester MP Gillian Keegan as Secretary of State for Education in 2022, it has become even more crucial that young people have access to amenities outside of the education system, in order to protect the next generation of Chichester residents from harm to their mental wellbeing.
