With the kids driving you round the bend, you need something to put a spark of joy back in your life.
For many, that shining light was a furry friend who would solve all the short term needs of a family struggling through the pandemic, aptly named, the ‘pandemic puppy’.
I spent a day with Jo McDermott, owner of Perfect Paws, a dog walking and training business on the outskirts of Surrey, who explained the problems with lack of training and attention from impulse buy owners and attempts to save the pandemic puppy.
