Pompey In The Community: The John Jenkins Stadium — a new facility for everyone

Pompey In The Community work with over 6,000 individuals on a weekly basis, and around 37,000 annually. They are building a new facility, named after D-Day veteran John Jenkins, so that those they work with can have a place to go which has something for everyone. When the project is complete, there will be two full size football pitches, four classrooms, a dance studio, a boxing gym and a café.
The charity is working on this project in partnership with Moneyfields FC, with whom they will share the facility. We visited the site and spoke to Clare Martin, chief executive, to find out more:
