We all remember the first lockdown, the constant thoughts of ‘What will I do tomorrow?’ and ‘How do I stay afloat?’.

Many of us turned to Netflix and dog walks, but 55-year-old retired police officer Tony Able reconnected with his love for art and put all his energy into creating one of a kind Aboriginal paintings.

The unique painting / work style has been the backbone of teachings in indigenous cultures around Australia for thousands of years.

For Tony getting in touch with his country’s heritage helped him succeed.

With exclusive permission from a tribal elder Vincent Serico, he has been able to be representative of Aboriginal people and their culture from the other side of the world.
