Come with us to explore Westfield London where we take a look at how retail stores have catered to this year’s Boxing Day and January sales. Due to the cost-of-living crisis retail locations were predicted to see a decrease in footfall and customer spending.
Over the festive season we put this to the test, visiting Westfield White City on Boxing Day and throughout January to observe store presentation and customer volume.
We roamed around a variety of stores recording their sale demonstrations and observed the Centres footfall. We spoke with floor sales advisor Amanda Esmana, in Victoria’s Secret Pink who gave us her opinion.
