Smart Trade Networks expands to Vietnam
STN and BeefLedger are pleased to announce their growth into the Vietnam ecosystem through agreements with TVM Digital and TVM Finance.
The agreements provide access to:
- a larger user base of small and medium sized enterprises operating in diverse sectors, including in the rapidly expanding Vietnam global trade space;
- market access for exporters seeking capacity in the Vietnam market;
- access to a rapidly growing audience for STN-Casugol Blockchain education services; and
- ability to develop a robust and cost effective software development capacity leveraging the strong IT capacity in Vietnam.
The agreements provide Smart Trade Networks with resources in the Vietnam Development Centre in Hanoi.
This facility is a focal hub of Vietnam Fintech and software innovation, opening up new opportunities to grow new applications and use cases.
The agreement opens up this important market to network members.
TVM is headed by Thomas Vo and Francis Wong, two pan-Asia entrepreneurs with extensive experience in financial services, technology innovation, high value exporting and market development (eg. wine exports to Vietnam).
The Australia Vietnam Business Council (AVBC) is a membership based organisation and has over 25 years of involvement in developing sustainable bilateral trade and investment opportunities between Australia and Vietnam.
Vietnam has achieved annual average growth of 6.34% between 2000 and 2021. Statista projects growth rates of this order of magnitude for the foreseeable future.
