Every year International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June to spread the awareness about positive effect of Yoga on Body and Mind. Yoga is an ancient Physical and Mental practice to increase Confidence, Calmness, Focus, Courage. Around the world 250 million people practice yoga daily.
