Year Review: SmartNinja in 2018

We started with these reports in order to be more transparent with our employees, instructors, students — the SmartNinjas. We believe that in today’s world it’s more important than ever to build trust — and what is a better way to do it, than this. We have looked at the data from the last year (2018) and these are the results.

SmartNinja Coding School is now active in 14 cities around Europe

The number of SmartNinjas is growing

At the end of 2018, we had 12 franchises and 2 own units.

No. of students is growing

In 2018, there where 75% more students that enrolled in our courses compared to 2017.

SmartNinja People

There are 35 people working at SmartNinja coding schools (full- or part-time) and 69 instructors are teaching SmartNinja courses.

37% of our students are female

Students who finish our courses rate them with an average of 8.5/10.

The average course grade by students for all courses that ended in 2018 (8.5/10).

TOP 5 thing that happened in 2018

№1: We launched 7 new franchises in 2018.

Coding Weekend in Germany.

№2: We created two new courses: JavaScript Course and Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Course.

№3: We visited the WeAreDevelopers conference in Vienna, Austria.

SmartNinjaHQ team at the WeAre Developers conference.

№4: We made SmartNinja coffee cups!

№5: We had our first incident with a coffee cup. :)
