The Wall Street Journal has been hosting the D9 conference this week and had a chance to interview AT&T Mobility’s CEO, Ralph de la Vega. He revealed that AT&T is close to launching a shared mobile data plan that will allow for a shared data plan for a single monthly data fee. These plans are likely to be metered, so don’t expect to see any unlimited data.

The details are still scarce and we only have a brief on it now, but we will let you know as we hear more about this.
