Following on from Rob’s piece looking at how to land a face to face VC meeting, we wanted to kick off 2020 with a mini three part video series giving insight, anecdotes and advice on creating the ‘perfect pitch.’

In part one, the Smedvig team look at elements such as how to set the right tone, the most effective format and the importance of being yourself and letting the culture and personality of your business speak for itself. Check out the video below:

In the next episode, ‘All about the detail’, the Smedvig team will discuss must have topics and slides, the level of detail needed at this stage of the process and how to make your pitch stand out.

If you have any questions or thoughts on the above, we’d love to hear from you, please comment below, follow us on LinkedIn or contact us at enquiries@smedvigcapital.com
