Oh wow, hey there. It’s been a minute, huh? Our bad for not staying in touch.

You’ve probably noticed Smells Like Team Spirit has been pretty quiet lately. Our small-but-mighty team of writers and editors has been re-doubling our focus on publishing content on Atlassian web properties and growing our audience there. Hence, the lull. Speaking of which…

Since we started this experiment on Medium two years ago, we’ve learned that we can provide a better reader experience on our own site where we have more creative control. So we’ve made the decision to put Smells Like Team Spirit on ice. All the content will remain available, but we won’t be publishing new stories here. Rest assured, we’re not done bringing you collaboration hacks and career development resources. We’re only just getting started.

As of today, you can find us on the brand-spankin’-new Work Life by Atlassian — your source for culture, tech, teams, and tips. And we’re kicking things off with productivity month! Throughout March, we’re tackling topics like managing your calendar, the allure of the 4-day work week, and why productivity might actually be dead. Stop by every Monday and Friday this month to get the new productivity hotness. Or, better yet, subscribe to the new Work Life newsletter and get the best of the best delivered right to your inbox twice monthly. (Now that’s efficient.)

Anyway, folks… it’s been real. We’re honored so many of you have read, clapped, shared, and subscribed. You’re the reason we come to the office smiling each morning. Let’s keep the good times going over on Work Life!

Work happy, be awesome, and make a difference.
