Seven of Cups — by author.

Seven of Cups promises the querent recognition of individuality. Finding one’s place amongst a group, where exceptional qualities are appreciated.

In the case of the Seven of Cups, the word querent refers to ‘The individual receiving the Tarot reading’ which is you, the reader.

Now that you know you are the querent, or person asking for knowledge from the cards, it speaks of your individual talents, and how they are now recognized by others who are in a position of power.

You’ll see the cups in this illustration offer different options. One has jewels, another has an olive branch, one has a face of a spirit, perhaps the reflection of the querent’s soul, and on the left I see The Tower — -which is a Major Arcana card and speaks of sudden life change.

On the top right, there is a snake.

Top-center hosts a person of some sort, that is occult. Two hands stick out from under the veil.

The good news is, all of this shall bring good fortune to you, based on the card being upright, and related to number 7.

This means all you have to do is focus on doing what you love. This is what is being recognized above all else right now.

The person in the shadows is observing the movement of all of these energies, and extends a hand out toward the cup that is apparently empty.

For that holds the greatest opportunity for receiving total wish fulfillment.
