A photo series documenting a 21st birthday spent social distancing and drinking cheap champagne.

My little brother’s tongue-in-cheek message on my birthday card.
My desk, where I did my birthday nails because I was skeptical about salons being open.
I had a five page essay due, of which I only had only written about two and a half pages, so I started my day off by finishing that.
After finishing my essay, I put on a full face of makeup, lashes, heels, and my birthday sash to go to Walmart and buy some cheap champagne.
My birthday flat-lay featuring what was the least likely place I ever thought I’d buy my first drink.
My big 21st birthday bash: ordering Red Lobster from DoorDash and binge watching Jersey Shore with my little brothers. Also, the champagne was awful.
