SNAPSHOTS Mini Challenge

how do you relax?

If you’re anything like me, relaxation doesn’t just “happen” because it’s summer, you need to make an intentional effort to wind down. So, in keeping with our “getting to know you” themes, this weeks challenge asks you to show us how you relax.

The Rules

1. In a photo essay containing between 1 and 10 images, give us a sense of how you personally relax. Places, things, events, the choice is yours.
2. You may include a narrative, but this is not required. If you do include one please make sure you keep your words under 400.
3. Please include a title of your choosing UNDER your first image.
4. Please include the sub-title relaxation.
5. Please include the tags photography and relaxation.

My own example follows below.

Sometimes the water in the creek is less than desirable, but Moles (above) and Trouser (at the top of the page) never seem to mind.

Stopping in at our local coffee shop for an iced latte on the way home is relaxing, even with the smell of two wet dogs in the car.

The new gazebo that David managed to erect is a great place for relaxing.

Even Mr. Moles likes it here.

Of course for myself and David, a bit of wine always helps.

Sitting on the deck watching a sunset always relaxes me.

Even if Trouser barks his fool head off in the middle of it.

Add some good food, and a maybe bit more wine, and it’s an end to a great day.
