The Holidays were action packed this year. Along with a healthy dose of friends, family and an overdose of fun, we were grateful to drive away towards the close of the decade for some peace, quiet and self-introspection.

LIFE HACK NO. 1 A MORNING ROUTINE.

What is it?

We all have one. You do too. If you don’t already know it, if you reflect long enough you will find it. Things you do in the morning and give you that awesome kick start to your day. Essentially a set of actions you perform in the morning, usually before starting your day’s main activity like going to work or to school. The actions can be anything from drinking your morning cuppa or spending some time meditating to fitting in a workout, or even all three.

Your morning routine empowers you to have a positively constructive day ahead, balancing both work and play, as well as remaining congruent with your goals and intentions.

It’s like creating your own ultimate morning ritual for success.

Mine, starts with a cuppa warm water + honey + lime.
