Meeting the Crypto Trading Community in Istanbul, Turkey

Last week on Friday 25th October, our team from SnapEx organised the first ever meet-up in Istanbul, Turkey.

SnapEx joined the KriptoCuma weekly meet-up event organised by AltcoinTurk, the largest advanced trader community in Turkey founded in 2016. It’s one of the most valuable communities for Turkish traders and has helped to influence and improve the trading strategies for thousands of traders in Turkey.

The purpose of the meet-up was to establish new relationships in Turkey and to introduce SnapEx to traders in that region. As a new entrant in the trading community in the Far East, plenty of questions were asked by the audience — including fund security, trading indicators, leverage mechanisms, and others. Erkan Öz, a known economist and day trader, also joined in the discussion that was moderated by our representative from SnapEx, Osman Talha Gül.

As the first SnapEx meet-up in Turkey, the event was a modest one. But like any great endeavours, the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

We have many more events and meet-ups that are currently being planned for the Far East, and Turkey will be at the very epicenter of our crypto trading community-building efforts in the region.
