The apps and website provide news and analysis around the clock along with rich data to track current developments on stock exchanges and world markets. For active investors, there are interactive tools for chart analysis and portfolio modelling as well as watch-lists and event notifications.
The Project
We were asked by the finanzen team to act as expert Android advisors to help them re-imagine their existing Android experience which was a shallow copy of the Finanzen.net iOS app.
A key component to the engagement was helping the Finanzen team understand how Android UI guidelines could be applied in their context. This was no mean feat given the expanse and depth of the the Finanzen.net product.
Our Android expertise was also put to good use to help ensure the new app would need to flow across multiple screen sizes and support both phones and tablets.
